7. Trip Coordination Disclaimer

TripNextDoor is a trip coordination and group planning platform. We provide tools to help groups of friends, family members, and community members plan, organize, and coordinate trips together.

TripNextDoor does not organize, operate, or guarantee travel. We are not a travel agency, tour operator, or transportation provider. We do not:

  • Book or guarantee accommodations, flights, or transportation on your behalf.
  • Verify the accuracy or safety of destinations, routes, or activities planned by users.
  • Assume responsibility for any incidents, injuries, losses, or damages that occur during trips planned using the Platform.
  • Guarantee that planned trips will proceed as scheduled or that all participants will attend.

Users participate in trips entirely at their own risk. We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain appropriate travel insurance and exercise due diligence when planning and undertaking travel.

8. Expense Splitting

TripNextDoor provides tools to help trip participants track and split shared expenses. The Platform calculates each participant's share and records settlement amounts.

Important: TripNextDoor only tracks expense amounts and calculates splits. The Platform does not process, facilitate, or guarantee payments between users. Actual settlements between trip participants occur outside the Platform through means agreed upon by the participants themselves.

TripNextDoor is not liable for any payment disputes, unpaid debts, or financial disagreements between users arising from expense splitting. We do not mediate or arbitrate financial disputes between trip participants. If a dispute arises regarding shared expenses, the involved parties are solely responsible for resolving it among themselves.
